Feast of St. Alphonsus Ligouri

He founded The Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (known as Redemptorists) in 1732.  The Order is known here in the  Milwaukee  area since this congregation owns and operates the  Redemptorist Retreat Center in Oconomowoc which hosts many retreats throughout the year.  His feast is celebrated on Tuesday, August 1^st at 8:00 a.m.
